Eligibility

Refunds depend on the service type and delivery stage. If work has not started, you may be eligible for a full refund. If work has begun, we may offer a partial refund or additional revisions instead.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@spyre.co with your order details and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.

Exclusions

Completed services, third-party fees, and custom deliverables may not be eligible for a refund. Eligibility will be confirmed after review.
